We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Note: Please ensure that the products you order are compliant with your local and state laws. Some botanical products may have specific shipping restrictions in certain jurisdictions.
2. Processing Times
- Orders placed Monday – Friday: Typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
- Holidays: Processing may be delayed during federal holidays.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. You can track your package via the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Order Accuracy & Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If you notice an error, contact us at info@xtremesupp.com immediately. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we cannot change the destination.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
- Lost/Stolen: XtremeSupp is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
