🌿 Product & Safety Information
What exactly are these elixirs? Our elixirs (like Better Weather and JUJU) are concentrated liquid shots made from natural botanicals like (Piper Methysticum) and Cat’s Claw (Uncaria Tomentosa). They are designed to promote relaxation, mental clarity, and mood support.
Are these products safe? Yes, when used as directed. Our products are intended for healthy adults aged 21+. However, you should always consult with a healthcare professional before use, especially if you are taking medication or have an underlying health condition.
Will these make me feel “high” or groggy? No. Our elixirs are formulated to provide a “calm and clear” experience. They help melt away stress and social anxiety without the “brain fog” or heavy grogginess associated with other relaxation aids.
Can I drive after taking a shot? We recommend waiting to see how your body reacts to the botanicals. Because these products promote deep relaxation, they may cause drowsiness in some individuals. Avoid operating heavy machinery until you know how you feel.
How many servings are in one bottle? Most of our shots (like Better Weather and Vivazen) contain 2 servings per bottle. We recommend starting with 1/2 a bottle to “Feel the Effect™” before consuming more.
📦 Shipping & Orders
How long does shipping take? Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Depending on your location in the USA, Standard Shipping usually takes 3–5 business days, while Expedited takes 2–3 business days.
Is the packaging discrete? Yes. Your privacy is important to us. All XtremeSupp orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or mailers.
Where is my tracking number? As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you haven’t received it within 2 business days, please check your Spam folder or contact us.
Do you ship to my state? We ship to most US states. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the botanical ingredients (like Kratom) are legal in their specific local jurisdiction.
💳 Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover). All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Can I return a product? We accept returns on unopened and sealed products within 30 days of purchase. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.
What if my order arrives damaged? If your bottles are leaking or broken, please take a photo immediately and email it to info@xtremesupp.com. We will send a replacement out to you right away at no extra cost.
